COVID-19 Advisory

In the midst of the uncertainty brought about by COVID-19 pandemic, MediCard Philippines, Inc. is committed to ensure that our promise to you is fulfilled.

There may be some delays but services such as applications, claims processing, reimbursements, and medical operations are still available for you.

A list of MediCard clinics that will be open on the following day will be posted daily at 6 pm. on our Facebook Account (https://www.facebook.com/MediCard.PH/) and website (www.medicardphils.com). Another list will be released on the day itself, at 8am, should there be modifications on the earlier schedule. You may also call our clinic directly for changes that may occur during the day like reduced clinic hours, to comply with curfew and other quarantine requirements. Our online channels are in place that would be helpful in these circumstances. If you need to see the doctor, you may have your consult anytime, anywhere, through MyPocketDoctor. Also, to ensure that healthcare service will not be disrupted, you may download the MediCard MACE app to request approval for consultation, request approval for labs and diagnostics, view your utilization and status of your reimbursement, and more.

Rest assured, MediCard Philippines, Inc. will continue to monitor developments related to COVID-19 and act with your best interests in mind.
