MediCard ensures compliance with the Guidelines on Electronic Commerce of HMO Products promulgated by the Insurance Commission under Circular Letter (CL) No. 2021-10 dated 16 February 2021 and any of its subsequent amendments pursuant to its principles of good business practices for HMOs engaging in electronic commerce with consumers.
MediCard adheres to the provisions of its Privacy Statement, its Customer Charter, as well as its existing internet security arrangements.
