Call Center Conference and Expo 2007

MEDICard Phils. Inc. was invited by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) to be one of the major sponsors in the 3rd annual gathering of the industry’s biggest contact centers held last July 10 at the Crowne Plaza, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This year’s conference and exposition was dubbed as “PHILIPPINE CALL CENTER ROAD MAP: 2010 – FULL SPEED AHEAD.” Apart from the conference, the event also featured the Contact Center’s Sponsor Exhibit and the biggest call center job fair to date.

MEDICard was the only HMO provider that participated in this grand event. It has been in partnership with CCAP as a major supporter for three consecutive years now. This year, the profile of the participants attending the conference was the primary consideration for MEDICard’s Exhibit Booth concept. It focused on providing a relaxing atmosphere for the industry’s executives by providing a manually inter-active 4-Hole Indoor Putting Range. The booth was an apparent stand out amidst the predictably hi-tech displays of the other sponsoring booths.

MEDICard has always been at the forefront in its continued commitment to be the most respected and sought after HMO and to be the major health care provider in this young and dynamic call center industry.
